Fibergrate Composite Structures Inc., manufacturer of the Chemgrate^® and Fibergrate^® brands, is the inventor and world's leader in molded fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) grating since 1966. With 38 years of experience in the FRP industry Fibergrate Composite Structures manufactures and sells the most complete line of high performance FRP products for industrial, commercial and recreational applications with additional established brands including Safe-T-Span^® pultruded grating, Rigidex^® Moltruded^® grating and Dynaform^® structural shapes. Continuing in this leadership role, Fibergrate has developed FGI-AM^™ products with properties to inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungus a major consideration in the food and beverage industry.  In addition to manufacturing a full line of proven products in Stephenville, Texas, Fibergrate also provides value-added services for its products including engineering, design, drafting, fabrication and installation.

Fibergrate ® Molded Grating  

Fibergrate molded gratings are designed to provide the ultimate in corrosion resistance and performance, even under the most demanding conditions. Fibergrate offers the widest selection of molded products in the industry with more than ten resins including Chemgrate CP-84 and more than twenty grating mesh configurations, available in many panel sizes and surfaces.

Safe-T-Span^® Pultruded Industrial and Pedestrian Gratings

Combining corrosion resistance, long-life and low-maintenance designs, Safe-T-Span provides the highest unidirectional strength for industrial and pedestrian pultruded grating applications.

RIGIDEX^® Moltruded^® Grating

RIGIDEX Moltruded gratings are the first fiberglass gratings to combine the corrosion resistance of molded grating with the longer span capacity of pultruded grating, all at the low cost of metal gratings.

HLC (High Load Capacity) Molded and Pultruded Gratings

Fibergrate is the first to develop molded FRP gratings to withstand forklift and vehicular traffic.  Their integrally molded construction makes them ideal for heavy loads, including turning loads, in the most demanding of environments.  Fibergrate also offers pultruded HLC gratings – up to 3” deep – for longer spans in moderately corrosive environments.

Easily assembled from durable prefabricated components or engineered to your specifications, Dynarail handrail meets or exceeds OSHA and strict building code requirements for safety and design. 

Dynarail^® Safety Ladder System

Easily assembled on site, Dynarail factory fabricated component safety ladder systems meet or exceed OSHA requirements.  All FRP systems are available with or without cages, walk-throughs, landings and other accessories. Easily adaptable to provide a custom fit to the supporting structure.

Stair Solutions

Fibergrate offers a wide range of slip-resistant products to meet your stair safety needs. These durable products which include treads, tread covers and covered stair treads are a long-term, cost-efficient solution for your facility.

Grating Pedestals

Uniquely designed adjustable single and quad head pedestals offer the least costly method for making an elevated platform utilizing square mesh molded grating.  Pedestals are adjustable or fixed in height, standard 5” diameter base or 18” diameter base to support higher loads and provide more stability.

RapiDeck™ Access and Equipment Platforms

Utilizing the grating pedestals, Fibergrate developed modular platform systems that have been used for access as well as equipment support, with capacity up 400 PSF.
